Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website longlifegames.com and the games and apps published by Long Life Games LLC, a company registered in Ukraine (“Long Life Games”, “we”, “us”). Together, the website and games are the “Services”. By using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who can use the Services
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s use of the Services.
2. Our Services
Our games are free to play and supported by ads. Some games may still be in development, and their features, content and availability may change. We may update, change or stop any part of the Services at any time.
3. Your licence
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, as long as you follow these Terms. If you download a game from Google Play or the App Store, the rules of that store also apply.
4. Intellectual property
The Services and all their content — including games, characters, artwork, logos, music, text and software — belong to Long Life Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Long Life Games” and “Road to the Oval” are our trademarks. Except for the licence above, these Terms do not give you any rights to our content.
5. Historical figures and fiction
Some of our games, including Road to the Oval, are inspired by historical figures. Their depiction, abilities and the events in the game are fictional and created for entertainment. They do not describe real events and do not express endorsement by, or of, any person or organisation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or exploit bugs, or use software that gives you an unfair advantage;
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it;
- interfere with ads, for example by generating fake clicks or impressions;
- distribute unofficial copies or modified versions of our games;
- break the law or the rights of others while using the Services, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to them.
7. Ads and third-party services
Our games show ads provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob, and the Services may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party products, content or websites. Their use is governed by their own terms.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and in the privacy policy of each game, such as the Road to the Oval Privacy Policy.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely and without compensation to you.
10. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Long Life Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or game progress arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you will not exceed USD 50. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, for example to liability for intent or gross negligence.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting our games and leaving our website.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we will announce them on our website or in our games. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly.
15. Apple App Store
If you download a game from the App Store, these Terms are between you and Long Life Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. Language
These Terms were written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
