Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Long Life Games handles personal data when you visit our website or contact us. Each of our games has its own privacy policy. For our first game, see the Road to the Oval Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The website longlifegames.com is operated by Long Life Games LLC (in Ukrainian: ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «ЛОНГ ЛАЙФ ГЕЙМС»), a company registered in Ukraine (“Long Life Games”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect
When you visit our website
- Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
- Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
- Data stored on your device. We save your chosen language in your browser’s local storage, and a service worker keeps a copy of our offline page so the website can show it when your connection drops. This data stays on your device.
Our website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
When you contact us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
3. Why we use your data
- To operate the website, keep it secure and fix technical problems — based on our legitimate interest in running a safe and working website.
- To answer your questions and requests — based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you, or to take steps you asked for.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for profiling on our website.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers that work for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (fonts) and our email provider. They may use data only to provide their services, under their own privacy terms.
- Public authorities, when we are required to do so by law.
- A successor, if our business or a game is sold, merged or reorganised. This policy will continue to apply to your data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Technical logs are kept by our providers for a short period, according to their retention policies. We keep correspondence for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw any consent you have given. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, write to info@longlifegames.com. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to a data protection authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, the authority in your country.
8. Children
Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we will announce them on this website.
11. Language
This policy was written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
